Redcar BKSA Round 1

We made the effort to head well "oop north" to Redcar for the 1st round of the Freestyle BKSA events. The winds were pretty light but it was a great w/end all the same.

Great to meet up with old mates we only get the chance to see at events like this. The sun was out all w/end and really hot too so there were huge crouds to watch what was run.

B/Holiday W/end

Below is a pic of the Blast Instructors getting ready for a day of teaching!

What a great w/end, we had lessons everyday over the long w/end.

The wind looked pretty shitty but thank goodness we scored wind every day,even if we did have to travel a little.

On the Monday we had students from Bristol Uni and had a few stars in the making...one girl, India was up and looking very competant on only her second day! Pic below is India

We had a lot of students but had great help from our friend Martin Thatchel and my lovely daughter Emily Jo Rowley both BKSA Instructors!
